The Temporary Resident category is applicable to people who wish to stay in Canada for a specific time.
With in this category are the following programs:

1.Business Visa

Visa required for a foreigner who plans to visit Canada temporarily with the aim of seeking new business opportunities as an investor or to develop existing business relationships, conferences, conventions or fairs.
2.Study permit

This document is required by foreigners who have a job offer in Canada for a certain period of time. Those who intend to work in Canada must in most cases obtain a job offer from an employer and confirmed by the Canadian Department of Human Resources.

A.Federal program for entrepreneurs

Minimum requirements to apply as a businessman: Experience as an entrepreneur or business administrator or company; Pose a net value of agreement at the minimum established by the Canadian government; Comply with the proposed business plan on the basis of which the visa is obtained.
B.Immigration Program for Investors

This program began in 1980 in the interest of the Canadian government to attract investment from foreigners who wanted to obtain permanent residence and eventually citizenship in Canada. Canada is a country with great potential and business opportunities. The investments made in this category finance development projects and create work in the different provinces of the country. C.Provincial Business Nomination Programs
